So i got my upgrade from blackberry to iphone 4. I have activated the new micro sim on the T-mobile website. The old sim then 'died' but the new one still isnt working (its been 19 hours now).
The micro sim is in the phone, ive turned on and off taken sim out and put it back in. Ive plugged it into itunes but nothing works still.
It says on the front 'NO SIM CARD INSTALLED insert a valid sim with no PIN lock to activate iphone.
Is this normal? i thought i could at least sync all my itunes to the phone. Please just tell me this is the norm. I know u may have to wait up to 24hrs for sim activation.
