iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS?

Everyone who has had both says they liked the 3GS better. Does the 4 have glitches or what? And will they eventually fix whatever is wrong with it with updates?

I'm basically looking for the opinions of people who have had both phones. And information on why the 4 seems to be so disliked
 
The iPhone 4 on the AT&T network in some geographic areas within the continental USA "HAVE ISSUES" and this is due to << AT&T's WEAK Network COVERAGE >> and not the iPhone 4 antenna or any of its hardware ! There is far too much credible evidence coming from Canada, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, and even from China that iPhone 4 customers who have contracts with STRONG mobile phone carrier networks are ENJOYING their iPhone 4 smartphones. Carriers that have very satisfied customers include, but are not limited to : Orange, Rogers, Telus, British O2, Vodafone, Tesco Mobile, Telefónica-Spain, Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobile, etc. The AT&T iPhone users seem to be the only group of iPhone 4 users who are having problems such as dropping calls.
