iPhone 4 or Google Nexus S?

I have been looking at these two phone for a while now and I really cannot make up my mind. I have read so many reviews but there is always a tie or a bias opinion. I just cannot decide between useful apps vs. Flash and all the other features. (I really don't care for multimedia). PEOPLE THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH PHONES, PLEASE give me your opinion.
