IPhone 4 Or Evo 4G?.?.?.?.?<3?

Im 13 and my mom said i could get a new phone. and i can either choose between sprint and at&t. so i really like the evo 4g in sprint but i also like the iphone 4. which one is better. please explain. thanks in advance
