i want to get an iphone 4 when it comes out for verizon, but im not eligable for an upgrade until november. i cant stand my phone i have now because it hardly works and i cant wait until november. i read that if you arent eligable for an upgrade you can only buy it if you pay full price, which is like $600 or something ridiculous like that. is there any other way to get the iphone for the $199 price without being eligable?
