Can I get the iPhone 4 16gb from a new contract then immediately switch back to my old phone (put sim in old phone) that doesn't require a data plan from my previous expired contract (same carrier) then resale the new iPhone 4 16gb?
Would they still charge me the data plan charge? Even though my old phone doesn't require it?
Reason I ask, old phone fine still great shape & I see new iPhone 4 16gb without contract go for 600-700$ on eBay/Craigslist.
Could really use the cash to pay for school.
