iphone 4 free case program?

hey i just picked a case but i didnt like the one i picked so i went on the apple website and canceled the order but not it says my iphone is not eligible to get a case because i already ordered one is there anyway to fix this and get a case without calling them. i want to call them as my last resort thanks
