IPHONE 4 Bluetooth problem?

Is there an issue with the IPhone 4 Bluetooth? Does IPhone 4 Bluetooth work with Non-Apple devices? I am gonna put lotsa money in it so i need to be sure. Or Shall I go for Motorolla Milestone Xt720 ?
