My family are all Verizon users and recently I saw that the iPhone 3GS was selling for $50. I asked my dad if I could get it but he said no because they will charge you an extra $40 for the extra features and stuff. Is this true? So right now I saw that there was different data plans and individual plans. Are they both necessary or can I just get one? Can I choose specific ones so it wont be too expensive at the end of every month? What I would be doing mostly is texting, calling, and apps that are already on my iTunes. What are good plans for that?
