iPhone 3gs VS nexus one (ATT)?

I will be going to ATT soon. I would like to het one or the other. The iPhone 3gs or an nexus one. What are the pro and con. I like using opera and Internet. And I want to be able to check my mail and have it pushed to me. I am a facebook person do both push info to the phone. And I need spell check on it. And how easy to type on the phone.
