iphone 3gs UNLOCK. please help.?

ok this might be a little long. bare with me.

i have an iphone 3GS.
version 4.0.2
with a baseband 5.13.4

I had AT&T and yesterday I got T-Mobile but my service wont work because the phone is locked. Last night I downloaded the 4.0.1 downgrade. I tried to downgrade through iTunes and it said that it was not compatible.

Is this because my baseband is to high? I need to UNLOCK my phone. I dont care about it being jailbroken. I just need it unlocked so I can use my phone.

please someone with real answers help me.

Don't worry about your baseband versions, you can unlock your iPhone 3GS by Remote unlocking for any basebands!! A lot of websites offer these unlocking service.
