iphone 3gs springboard crash

Hi, Got a iphone 3gs, was fine, but now its staying safe mode. when i click some icon giving me msg that springboard been crashed, need to restart or reboot to exit safe mode. But done several times no result, any one can help me?
 
its the same for me,
just ask to reestart but in safe mode when goes up,
i just used the gsm sandwitch software to unlock
the one that says unlock iphone 3g 3gs without wifi
 
i think the problem came the no wifi unlocker..i got the same problem when i used that software.just uninstall the winterboard on cydia.then your problem will be solve.
