I want to know what date my used iphone 3gs was purchased. The reason being My battery life is pretty bad, I go down 1% every two minutes. The other reason also is due to the face I jail broke/unlocked my i phone. I have turned off shs/wifi and a lot of other battery saving tips, but I still am seeing a fast decrease in battery life. Serial number starts 87947. Im guessing in 2009. So i want to replace the battery.
Next question is should i replace the battery which can be risky, or Should I just buy an external Battery case? If so which one.
