iPhone 3GS Plan. Please help ?

I'm planning to buy an iPhone 3GS
16 GB
I know that it costs $200
I just need to know more about how much I pay each month
So, how much would I pay each month if I needed :
- internet
- least amount of minutes
- least amount of texts

Oh & Please mention where I'd get this plan. ( Example : Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc )

you use the att service
its a good phone i hav it
Get the unlimited data plan .. it cost $30 a month but u get unlimited texting internet and everything its the only way to really enjoy the iphone
 
I 've never heard of the companies you mentioned, I have mine with AT&T. I pay $98.89/month. I get unlimited text to any network, unlimited data, 450 daytime minutes (which are rollover) and 5000 nights. LOVE this phone :-)
