I received one iPhone 3GS oldboot that the user has accidentally upgraded to 4.0. I don't know if it has saved SHSHs on file, but I know that it is oldboot phone, that's why I think that it can be downgraded to 3.1.3 and then jailbreaked.

Any advice ?

only if you have 3.1.3 SHSH blob saved on cydia if not you will have to wait the release jailbreak and unlock for 3gs 4.0 new bootrom

I am thinking that it is possible to flash then by a custom firmware 4.0 which activates this iPhone as it is oldboot one, and then I could unlock by ultrasnow.

And how can man check saurik's server if my device has shsh blobs there, because it might have those on saurik's server?

you can downgrade it successfully to 3.1.3 even if u don't have shsh blob. search this forum

thats true if its old bootrom you can jailbreak with redsn0w and unlock with ultrasn0w

I found some info on sticky thread by rizwan that model numbers starting with MC are new boot rom, but I think that mine can not be newboot because its production week is 39. Can "week 39" also be newboot? Or just 40 and upper?

Step 3: This step is applicable to iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3G and iPod touch 2G (MC model) which have their SHSH blobs (ECID SHSH) saved on Cydia for the firmware you downgrading on. If you don
