IPhone 3GS, Blackberry Bold 9700, or HTC Aria? and why please?

OK, I'd like a cellphone user savvy opinion. Not just "omg it's so cool!" lol.

First, I'd like to say I have no problem paying for any one of these phones. The only one I would have to pay for is the iPhone. The bill doesn't affect me either (unless the phone is subpar and paying for the device and service is ridiculous when I can get a cheaper "better" phone and cheaper bill). I guess you can say it's all relative.

I currently use a Samsung Flight which has got to be the crappiest phone I have ever had. I had to get it since it was free. But now that my finances are secured (lol) I would like to get something better (honestly, anything could be better than this phone). My phones in the past have been a Samsung A900, LG Rumor, Samsung Rant, and LG Lotus.

As you can see from my previous phones, I love a physical QWERTY. I LOVE touch screen phones but yet I get nervous/anxious typing on them and my typing speed goes from a mile a minute to very slow! The iPhone and Aria are touchscreen I know...but I have heard capacitive is much better to type on and also I have heard the iPhone is a breeze to type on...so...I'm not sure :/. I loved the QWERTY on the Rumor, Lotus, and I guess the Rant also.

I don't really care about camera size...as long as it takes decent photos. I don't think I have had anything more than a 3.2 megapixel...and I think I'm wrong on that it may be 2.0 lol.

I do use iTunes but I don't put music on my phone, so I guess having the iPhone would be something nice instead of carrying my old iPod also. I get on Facebook, Twitter, and sometimes DowneLink multiple times daily and it would be nice to have notifications on the homescreen from these instead of text messages. I also like the "live-streaming" stuff that are on some phones now: where you can see your friend's profile pic and status right on the screen. Or atleast have a decent application for it. I get on YouTube a lot also. I would like to play games and have some helpful, useful apps also. If it matters, I'm a nursing student and I heard there are some useful medical apps out there.

I do plan on going to an AT&T store or BestBuy to ask for their opinion also. Sorry if this was a pain to read lol but your advice is very much appreciated! :D
