iphone 3gs 3.1 restore

Please, i have iPhone 3GS 3.1 with incomplete menu, I cannot restore with 3.1.3 error before 3194, after 3014.
 
I tested and 3G is restoreable to 3.1.3/3.1.2 but not 3GS. 3GS is not restoring to 3.1.3, must be some itunes/apple restriction.
 
IF U Want 2 Restore Same Vesion U Must Have SHSH For U Version On Saruik Server
Then U Can Restore

here is how you fix 3gs 3.1.3 3014 error.........on your computer go to c:windows/system32/drivers/etc and open the hosts file in notepad to do so you right click on the file and click on open with notepad when you open it at the end of the document add this string 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

thats not for restore........you need to have 3.1.3 SHSH saved on cydia server to downgrade from iOS4
