iphone 3gs 3.1(7C144) how to unlock

Hi, Can any one help me to unlock 3Gs v3.1(7C144) modem version 5.11.07. I don't want to update to higher version, cause now a days only way to update is 4.0. Or please tell me any one to put cydia in this phone. Thnks

use blacktra1n to unlock it, the solution was already done don't open many thread for nothing.
