iPhone 3G Ver. 3.1.3, UNLOCK for the Tmobile Network?

I have the iPhone 3G and it's been updated to the latest version I take it. Version 3.1.3... Can anyone give me the step by step guide on how to downgrade or whatever the hell they call it to get the phone to use my Tmobile SIM card with the proper bands needed to connect to the network? I really appreciate any help with this issue! Thanks again.
