I have a iPhone 3g 16gb In mint condition. I want to upgrade my iPhone to the 3gs same gig (16g) but I don't want to pay for it baically. I was thinking I buy the 3gs (16g) for $300 upgrade fee and then sell my 3g to the millions of desperate ppl online (Craigslist/eBay) for $300 which is the avrg price it's going for a Mint 3g (phone alone)- now my question is when I go to get the new 3gs would they take my 3g? I mean they shouldn't cuz I paied for it, and I'm paying for the new 3gs not like they gana swap phones for free... UNLESS U GUYS HAVE ANY OTHER BRILIANT IDEAS! 
btw ur plan should include something for me to cancel my contract after I get the 3gs lol - that's y I want to upgrade then cancel my contract- which I don't mind paying the $120 for, which is my usual bill monthly for just one phone. And can I unlock the 3gs to tmobile? Thanks for helping!
