iphone 3g power on prob

hi yall,

i tried to change batt. on iphone while connecting the 3 connectors 4,5,6 i made a mistake and connect firs 6,5 ...,3,2,1 !
after reconnecting it does not startup!
How can i solve the problem
 
whats the diffrence...

propably battery is bad - check voltage

the conectors doesn't have to be put in order 654321
