iPhone 3G or Blackberry Tour or Bold 2? Which would you choose and why?

I currently have an iPhone 3G. My provider says im eligible for an upgrade so I'm trying to decide... iPhone 3G or 3Gs or Blackberry 8900 or 9700.

If you have one of these phones what do you like about them? What do you dislike?
