Okay, so I recently downgraded from the 4.0.2 firmware to a 3.1.3 firmware. It was working fine until I tried unlocking it and it didn't work. So i did it the second time and now its broken. It restarts itself, and now everytime it turns on, it has that loading signal, and then freezes for about 10 minutes, then restarts itself again and does the whole process over. Please, this has taken me about a total of 2 days of just trying how to find out. Please, if you can help me out, i am really desperate here. If there is another way of restarting it please tell me. Oh and i can't connect to iTunes either, just please. I know theirs someone out there that knows how to do this shit.
