iPhone 3g 4.0 No Service (Doubt Carrier Lab 7.0 or Carrier 7.0)

i've unlocked 2 iPhone 3g on v4.0 one is working fine and other is on NO SERVICE but sometime shows network Ook but most of the time NO SERVICE, my doubt is that with 4.0 the one which is working shows Carrier 7.0 in carrier option in about section going from general but on the fone which have NO SERVICE or sometime shows NETWORK it show Carrier LAB 7.0 in Carrier seciton, so kindly all those peoples having problem in V4.0 with NO SERVICE post here what carrier says in ABOUT section.





Different Simcard shows different ICCID so there is no problem with ICCID.

Carrier Lab 7.0 its because it was activated with oneSim cause they one who did it didnt have original Sim

it was working fine for a few months after i jailbreak it when it was 4.0 its still ok , then it just suddenly shows no service or just ...softbank 3g after i put it in airplane mode and went to sleep then i upgade it to 4.0.1 and still it does not work plssssssss help!!!! thanks
