I am a student at Cal State LA that receives financial aid (Cal grants). My sister told me that because of the economy crisis, the government is issuing IOU's (like they did for tax refunds) for people on welfare, government assistanc, and even students who receive financial aid!
Has anybody else who receives financial aid heard about this? I would think the school would notify us through e-mail or mail, but I havent received anyting
