iOS 5 Install Deleted Contacts

So, I have come across a little problem when installing iOS 5... I had a few frienRAB have this same problem happen to them as well, and I can't figure out how to solve it.

I installed iOS5 and after removing my phone from the computer, all of my contacts were deleted!

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Did you try to restore the phone from the previous backup? Connect the phone to iTunes and the after is recognize right click on the phone and click restore form backup and select your phone backup from the list.
