Basically my parents are going out of town next weekend and I'm going throw a small party. Don't try to talk me out of it, it's already decided and that's not what I'm here to ask about. Anyway, I'm trying to keep it small so that shit doesn't get broken and I'm planning on inviting my best friends (like six girls) and some guys. I want to invite my one friend, Nick, who I guess Im sort of hook-up buddies with. But I also want to invite my other friend, Dave, who I went on a few dates with but sort of fell out of contact with and it never really went anywhere. So my question is...would this be too awkward? I'm afraid that I'd end up flirting with one of them during the night and the other would be upset, or even worse if I hooked up with one in front of the other...which would be pretty noticeable considering it will be a small party. Should I just invite one of them? Idk which one to invite if that's the case, and also I want them to bring their friends so there's enough for all of my friends. I realize that sounds retarded and shallow but whatever, don't judge. everyone likes to have fun
