Anyone had experience with either? Thinking of buying both to improve moderate back pain (wear and tear, Ive been told) and sleep problem.
Would appreciate any advice.
I have an inversion table (a Teeter Hangups F5000 model) and have had good success with it. I've been using it daily (sometimes twice a day) ever since I bought it over 3 months ago. The nerve pain in my right leg has diminished considerably...so I do think it is working to some degree. However, you should probably consult with your doctor first, before getting one...just in case.
As for the memory mattress...sorry, can't help you there. I have looked at them, and have done some research on them...but have not gotten one. I hear that some of them can become quite warm, causing people to sweat a lot while they sleep. I prefer a cooler sleeping environment, so that was a factor in my decision not to get one...along with the steep prices.
