Intimacy Question. (adults)?

My boyfriend wants to c*m inside me with a condom on but I'm a little nervous b/c I don't want to get pregnant and he keeps saying than "whats the point of wearing a condom" so i've been making him pull out... Could I get pregnant if he did inside with a condom on? Does anyone know anyone who did? I'm just paranoid about it.
