Internet Won't Work on Sprint Phone?

well we recently got internet on our phone plan. my parents phone has is working and my brothers too but for some reason it wont work on mine. ive called multiple times and theyve said "take the battery out and wait five seconds for the phone to update." i did. no dice. and for the last 2 days theyve been "trying" to troubleshoot the problem but so far no new about it.
anyone know whats up with it?
