i got a new phone on contract yesterday through a third party. the contract is with t-mobile. since the phone has arrived i am unable to access the internet and can only text or call. the phone is doing my head in. i have called t-mobile who say they don't have the manuel for this phone as its not one they provide. yet my contract is with them. i am still waiting to hear back from the company that provided the phone to see what they can do. the manuel is an arse as doesn't really explain it. i am on the verge of cancelling the contract has cannot get this sorted.
