internet on phone using bluetooth?

Hi everybody,
in cell11.com tips n tricks one article internet on your phone using bluetooth that setting is not clear for me plz let me advisce how to set in E75. And in that second he wrote netfront,opera,agile mess.So that download in pc or mobile n which type n verson will use any free download site.

steps
1. Install Nokia PC suite for E75 from www.nokia.com
2. Launch the PC Suite after installation
3. Click the tab "Connect to Internet" or similar tab
4. if asked for configuration, choose your country and network properly
