Internet on LG enV Touch?

It's been at least two days since I had my first phone, and it's been pretty sweet. I finally realized that the data plan I paid for my LG covers email as well, but for internet, there's a minimum of 25 mega-bytes? I don't get it. Does it include what you look at or what?

Also, are there any other tricks I should know about my phone?
