Internet acting weird need computer help.?

I am getting internet service but my computer hasnt been recieivng it since it froze. After that day everytime i turn on the computer on the task manager in the processes tab i get these weird random letters that in the computer it seems like an application and everytime i try to end it more of the application comes up. Whats wrong with my computer why am i not recieving internet and what should i do?

if you can download internet and set it up separately and if it works delete the files for the old one.
