International Calling

i was wondering what would be the best option for calling france. I travel around the u.s. alot and am not always accesable to land lines...which would be a good provider with a great rate plan for my cell???? any help would be apretiated

I suggest checking out voipcheap website. It is in principle a VOIP system however it also has a feature that the system first dials your number and after that dials the number you want to talk to.
Calls to most of the countries are free (300 minutes per week for 90 days).

If you are calling the same people in France, have them sign up for jaxtr. Its free to sign up and then you can call them from the US from any phone (landline, mobile, doesnt matter)--the cost to you will be that of making a local phone call, and they will be charged like they are recieveing a local phone call.
