international baccalaureate and university.?

If you're part of the partial IB programme (international baccalaureate) and you are doing horrible since its so darn hard, will your bad marks have a huge strain and decrease your chances of getting into good/decent universities?

I am freaking out that I wont get into any good universities, since ib is taking a toll on all my other subjects now too.
