Interior scratch in my 2007 Dodge Ram Bighorn truck.?

My teenage sons scratched the door on the glove box forcing a cooler in the front passenger side floorboard. The scratch is not real deep but will not rub out. It looks terrible.

Is there any way that it can be the plastic can be buffed out and not be noticeable or will I have to replace it?
If so where do I find replacement glovebox doors online I have looked and it is not something anyone seems to carry?
 
I don't know of any way to get the scratch out/make it look better. I would check Rockauto.com, or local junkyards for a replacement door.
