First try the dimmer switch , also what you may have wrong if a door isn't closed right then can cause but also one of the door switches could be faulty too.
If all the doors and switch are fine then look on the inside of the frame of each door as you open them and simply unscrew the switch and slightly pull it out , then you'll know what switch is causing the problem.Keep in mind that each door interior switch has a plug in wire , plus the part where the screw goes in under it is the ground connection so if its slightly pulled out the interior lite shouldn't be on at all bec switch is disconnected.
Hope that helps and best of luck.by the way try one door at a time and if the dash dimmer switch or door switches are all good there could be a faulty ECM=main comp causing this issue or the BCM=body control module.
I had the same problem and it was a combination of faulty door switch and the main comp had a intermittent problem.
