I'm interested in building a website for a company, perhaps an apartment complex to maybe dock some money off my rent. But any small business without one (or a horrible one) would be fun to recreate. How would I go about presenting to a business I am interested in building their website for a small fee. I all ready have a job I just think it would be fun to do.
