Interested in a career in Cosmology?

I just have a few questions about the educational requirements.

I know I'd need to get my Bachelor's Degree in math & physics but which should I major in or should I major in both?

Also, when going for my PhD, would it be a PhD in Astronomy or Physics? And would I just specialize in the field of Cosmology?
