I am a 17 year old girl and a senior in high school, who just moved to Minnesota. I was just wondering what the statutory rape laws are in this state? What are the laws for sexual intercourse with a minor here? I am by no means going to do the dirty deed with an old man, but what if I wanted to date someone in their mid-twenties? Thirties?
