I am trying to help my grandmother with her new phone, but I am not exactly there with her to help her so I don't know exactly what is wrong. She keeps saying when someone tries to call her, it doesnt ring it just goes straight to voicemail. So I don't know if she accidently hit the setting or hasnt activated something? I am not quite sure what to tell her or what could be wrong.
