intense dizziness

This morning I woke up very dizzy and it hasn't gone away for the past two hours and is accompanied by nausea and possibly a fever (I feel very hot despite sitting in a comfortable temperature room). Is it possible that it is the aftermath of what was apparently an attack of hypoglycemia last night? I have not been formally diagnosed with hypoglycemia but the symptoms were so obvious as to what it was and it was immediately relieved with orange juice.

I also worry because in June I came down with Lyme disease, was treated for it, and did not have any symptoms of it after treatment finished and have been well since.

Either way, an intense attack of dizziness is not a common thing for me and quite frankly is a bit terrifying.

I was diagnosed with Lyme in 2005 from a bite I got in 2003. I was on antibiotics for months and helped a lot. I continue to have back and neck pain. Recently, I had waves of nausea and dizziness for about a week which is extremely unusual for me. I couldn't think why until someone mentioned the Lyme. I'm betting that it was a flare up of the Lyme. I wouldn't think you would have it considering that you were treated right away, but it's something to consider.
