I was in the right lane going northbound on Whitaker and the BLVD in Philly. The other driver was in the left lane and claimed at the scene she was trying to get in the outer drive, which in turn caused her to hit my rear left driver's side tire and bumper, her front bumper came off entirely. She informed myself and the officer at the scene that she was trying to get into the out drive not inner, which we were both heading. Neither of us were cited and My agency did not find me at fault. After not hearing anything for two weeks I called State Farm and found out that she informed her agency that I was drifting and that is why she hit my car, I wasn't even interviewed for my part in the accident with State Farm fully and was not asked to give one. Since I was hit in the rear and she was in the left lane trying to pass right, what are my rights? Its a measly paint job but I should not be the one paying for it.
insurance won't pay for damages on my car found at not at fault with my agency?
