Ok so I bought a car the other day and as I was driving it 5 mins to the shop to get it safetied I got pulled over with no insurance. They towed the car and I have a court date in December. How do I get my car since it has no insurance. Could I insurance the car as unfit which would give me a 10 day permit to have the car on the road as unfit (in Ontario) and then just bring the insurance in my court date and get the cat then?
