insurance is weird in usa of america ?

If you crash your car in usa and you paid a legal insurance you are not cover to fix your car?But if you paid your insurance in usa ,and someone else crash your car ,the law of usa never ask for the damages of your car?
MAYBE THE INSURANCE PEOPLE OF USA HAVE A DEAL WHIT THE GOVERNMENT OF USA ,TO MAKE LAWS TO CHARGE PEOPLE FOR OVER PAID BILLS, WHIT DEATH BILLS?
 
First off..your title is weird, how can it be USA of america, thats United States of America of America (lol)
its either USA or US of A if you prefer.

Insurance (not jus auto, but almost all insurance) is full of crap! they dont help you out when you need it the most and they have so many "cover-ups" and "pending circumstances" that can affect if you do receive the insurance...
That is why our intelligent President Obama is trying to put a stop to how insurance companies treat us, but go figure a lot of Americans are upset and are calling him all these names and are just so rude... why?!? Because he's trying to help?!?
Uhhh... it's a sticky situation....
