Insurance for a Summer Camp?

I am thinking about starting a very small soccer camp this summer at my local park. It will probably have around 20 kids teaching them soccer skills. It will hardly make a profit at all and im wondering if i need to bother with insurance for the camp if the kids parents sign off a liability form.
Any past experience or advice would be great.
