I was involved in a car accident..the person that hit me was 100% at fault (they ran a red light) their insurance company is repairing my vehicle (the shop said it would be about a month). My question is can their insurance company pay my car payment for that month? or reimburse me for that month that i will not have my car due to their client's hitting me?
