Hi, in the ice I put a small dent in mercedes! It was in a carpark and I gave him my insurance details ! It's been three weeks and I haven't heard from him, nor has he claimed on my insurance ! I'm just wondering what I should do and do I have any rights ? Thanks also he said he'd let me pay and not get insurance involved !
