checked fuses, relays, grounds, ckp, pcm, ic, and both batts, any thoughts? Also intermittently does not charge. voltage to cluster, but 2.3v on dlc pins instead of 2.4-2.6. Classic d.o.d.g.e. (daily overhauls do get expensive) junk. (Excluding the engine of course).
